We ship from two regional warehouses to ensure rapid service:

    • United States: 2–5 business days

    • Canada & Mexico: 3–6 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Sydney, Australia

    • Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 business days

    • Singapore: 3–6 business days

🌐 Other countries: Please allow 7–21 business days depending on location, customs, and shipping conditions.


💰 Shipping Costs

  • FREE shipping is included on all orders.

  • No minimum purchase required.

  • No subscription or membership needed.


💸 Taxes & Duties

We cover all customs duties and taxes except for:

  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland

  • 🇳🇴 Norway
    Orders to these countries may be subject to local customs charges, as we ship from within the EU.

📦 Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages — you’ll receive separate tracking links for each.


❌ Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours as long as it hasn’t been processed yet.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

✅ Eligible returns:

  • Must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility (unless defective).

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Personal care/hygiene items

  • Promotional or free gifts

  • Digital products & gift cards


💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

⚠️ Note: A 25% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🛡️ Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or is delivered incorrectly, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact our support with your order number and details.
